Easy install. works well

Easy install on Bronco Sport. Dash cam installed in 15 min

I have a 2024 Ford Ranger. I needed to use the 5 pin type F connector but it would not fit. There was an alignment tab that did not work on the male plug and a slot on the female plug that did not match the factory truck plug. I had to use a sharp chisel to shave down the alignment tab on the factory truck plug and the tab on the Dongar adapter so they would click into each other. Ounce I did that, they clicked together and it works fine. Now my dash can works perfectly but modifying the shaper and factory truck harness was annoying.

This was super easy to install in my 2025 BSBadSquatch. I chose to remove the rearview mirror to make accessing the harnesses easier.

Not the same shape USB Dongle as in the video - its thicker so doesnt fit under the pannel, had to mount to the glass, also because its USB C and not B as in the video, i had to buy a C to Mini adapter.
Other than that, now I sorted those hurdles i now have power to my USB Camera.
