A visual reference for the OEM auto-dimming mirror, rainsensor, and dome-light connectors we build adapters for. Use this to identify the port in your vehicle and find the matching Dongar adapter.
Dash cam plug types
Every common dash cam and radar detector plug works with Dongar. Every adapter ships with a short USB-C → USB-C cable in the box. For MicroUSB, MiniUSB, RJ11, and DC-barrel devices, add the matching converter cable from our USB-C cable lineup.
A few older Garmin dash cams (Dash Cam 20, 45, 55, 65) draw power over USB but still require Garmin's proprietary charger. All current-generation Garmin Dash Cams are compatible.

Parking-mode adapters
If you want continuous power for 24/7 parking-mode recording, our PRO and PRO+ kits include the harnesses above plus a parking-mode controller that monitors battery voltage and switches the dash cam off when the vehicle's battery drops below a configurable threshold.
Yes — our vehicle finder covers ~10,000 fitments across every make above. Compatibility varies by trim, options, and even build factory, so visually identifying your mirror connector against the cards above is usually the fastest way to confirm.
