The device is great, compact and easy to install, but the software to download the videos automatically when connect is slow and it’s not the convenient way to get the videos when needed at that time. It is time consuming when you need to retrieve the most important data. I would advise to update the software to have the videos download on the time frame of needed data/video. Thanks
