Certain restrictions or limitations may apply. By choosing a specific delivery service provided by third-party companies like USPS you are accepting their respective policies. Additionally, your choice of delivery type and service determines the level of service you can expect. To minimize the risk of item loss or ensure reimbursement in case of loss, we recommend considering paid shipping options that include signature confirmation and insurance coverage, or purchasing Dongar's Shipping Protection.

Dongar cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the shipping company, deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly during the checkout process, or instances of package theft after it has been marked as delivered. If the shipping address is undeliverable, you may be liable for the Undeliverable Address Fee imposed by the specific shipping provider, which will be deducted from any refund issued. Shipping speed is not guaranteed.

For a prompt resolution of any shipping-related concerns, it is necessary to contact the shipping company directly and provide them with the tracking number and a detailed description of the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

In addition to the continental US, we ship internationally, with exceptions. Dongar Technologies is not responsible for any shipping issue resulting from incorrect shipping or billing addresses provided at checkout.

International shipping from the USA is handled by DHL. After a tracking number has been generated for your order, any inquiries regarding the status of your delivery should be directed to DHL, using the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation.


SHIPPING SPEED

Items are generally shipped within 48 hours of order placement. All orders placed on weekends will ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

We cannot guarantee shipping times after an order has been created and handed to a courier. You can learn more about available shipping options and speeds below. International locations serve as examples--since every country has different processes and use different couriers when receiving and delivering international orders, total time from ordering to final delivery will vary. Bordering countries like France and Germany may see drastic differences in delivery times due to using different couriers for final delivery, availability (or lack) of port of entries, and generally being subject to each country's process.
