Refund policy

Standard One Year Manufacturer Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for all new purchases from authorized dealers under normal residential use and conditions for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair a defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt. This warranty applies only to new purchases from authorized dealers.

Products purchased via this website can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable, except in the event of a Dongar Technologies error (sending the wrong item, defective items, shipping to the wrong address, or shipping with the wrong carrier).

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. Initial shipping costs to the customer are not refunded. For international returns, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returning the item.

To start a return, you can use our Returns Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong items are delivered, we may issue a refund for international orders without requiring the item to be shipped back to us. In such cases, we may request alternate verification, such as photos or videos.

It is important to keep in mind that all returns require inspection before a refund is approved, which may take some time.

International Returns

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that the initial shipping cost to the customer will not be refunded and that in the case of international returns import broker's fees or import duties are non-refundable, except in cases of a Dongar Technologies error (sending the wrong item, defective items, shipping to the wrong address, or shipping with the wrong carrier).

Because all returns require inspection before a refund is approved, this may take some time. Additionally, it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In the case that you have received a defective item, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be shipped back to us. In such cases, we may request alternate verification, such as photos or videos.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We provide a one (1) year warranty for all Dongar products purchased in directly from us or our authorized resellers, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions. Products shipped outside of the US may not be covered by warranty, and will only be covered on a case-by-case basis. Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, or internationally exported from the US through Amazon, are not covered by warranty policy. During the warranty period, if a product proves to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, free of charge. Exchanges for different items

The customer can exchange the product for a different item by returning the initially ordered item for store credit. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
