Refund policy

Standard One Year Manufacturer Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

Policy At-a-Glance

Products purchased via this website can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Shipping costs are not refundable, except in the event of a Dongar Technologies fault (sending the wrong item, a defective item, shipping to the wrong address, or shipping with the wrong carrier).


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can use our Returns Portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Initial shipping cost to the customer will not be refunded. You can always contact us for any return question via our contact portal. Returns are subject to shipping & handling fees calculated by shipping carrier.

International Returns

International orders can be returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with shipping the item back. International orders may be refunded in the event of a defective item or wrong items delivered, without needing to return shipping. Alternate verification, such as photos or videos, may be requested to initiate an international refund. Import broker’s fees or import duties are not refundable, except in case of Dongar Technologies' fault. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time to inspect the return and for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges for different items

The customer can exchange the product for a different item by returning the initially ordered item for store credit. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
