Dash Cam Power Adapter (5-Pin Type F) for Select Ford - Dongar Technologies LLC

Items Needed:

  • Dongar Technologies 5-Pin Type F Dash Cam Power Adapter
  • USB-powered dash cam

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Tilt the mirror down and to the side.
  2. Remove the plastic shroud by placing hands on either side of the assembly and pulling straight down. The entire assembly is held in place by a series of clips. Note: A hook mechanism keeps the entire assembly from dropping down.
  3. Locate the connector port. Press up on the connector tab and pull connector straight out.
  4. Attach the Dongar adapter into the vehicles connector port. This vehicle uses a 5-pin Dongar dashcam adapter.
  5. Route cables accordingly and re-assemble the plastic shroud.
  6. Attach the USB powered dash cam to the Dongar adapter - Installation complete!
